I am looking for professional coders to develop an eCommerce web site that is like eBay but I want to get rid of the Auction part and integrate with something totally new instead.

My site is gonna be 80% like eBay with all the features except the Auction part and 20% of features come from my own ideas that are totally new.

As a result, if you guys have the latest version of eBay clone on hand, so it would save you guys 80% of time and work already and I also have an eBay clone on hand as well.

I do NOT like the layout of stupid eBay, so I need a better layout, logo, features and structures etc. that is like swoopo.com more than stupid eBay. :)

I want somebody who has experienced in eCommerce web sites only since I will put a lot of new and different features and structures to my site.

I need to have an iPhone App of my site too, so buyer could use their iPhone to browse and buy my items and seller could use their iPhone to list their item.

I also wanna create a system like AdSense too, so people could place a link to their blogs or sites in order to show up my items there. As a result, people could be able to buy my item at somebody's blog or sites as well.

I need to have all the source codes in order to translate my site to other languages like French, Spanish or Chinese later.

I need to be able to record the length of time of each registerd users spending and browing in my site.

I need to have an number to show people of how many people are browsing the site currently.

I need to offer sellers able to bulk listing features like inkfrog.com

I need to have a flash or video to show people how my site works.

Seller could be able to list picture and video of their items.

In fact, I'd be happy to hear you guys' opinion of my eCommerce web site too. The more, the better.
