I need to convert 10 psd files to a magazine style wordpress template. these pages will have places for videos, pictures banners and more.

I'm looking for a top programmer/designer. I don't want someone just starting out. I need an experience programmer.

This job will be totally custom and it will contain plugins and custom scripting.

This is a professional job for a professional magazine and it will also require some support once the site is up and running.

i've attached a mockup of the first page (not final mockup) to give an idea of what the other pages will look like. the other pages will vary some and will different colors.
