Facebook Fanpage FBML + application

Goals:
Match out corporate image (www.engelvoelkers.com)
Must be very interactive with different functions
Possible News Feed
Different tabs with different fucntions. Possibly one app, one poll, ect.


I want it to have the same interactivity as http://www.facebook.com/HGTV
I will be in many ways using the www.facebook.com/hgtv page as a reference for how we want our page done. It must be up to the same standards as that page

These will be done after completion of the fan page.

We are a large multinational company view our website for more information on the look we are going for. We want our site to have a similar feel to our webpage however we want it be more interactive.

Expert knowledge in FBML, FLASH, and related fields are required.

This job may require a graphic designer and a programmer but the graphic design should not be very difficult as we will be providing all the pictures. The expert programming knowledge is the most important.

I will be paying you upon completion of different tasks. Budget will be flexible depending on how complex the project becomes. As of right now the budget is starting at 150USD but I know it probably will end up much higher.

Also look at http://www.facebook.com/Starbucks?v=wall#!/Starbucks?v=app_142063194423 (look at the around the world tab). I would like a similiar picture of the world with little flags and when you click on the flag it will take you to a URL I supply.

We are a large multinational corporation and professionalism is required. The winning bidder will work with us on projects in the future and this turn into monthly project

I am not sure why I have not gotten any bids yet. Did I make the requirement to vague or does this seem very difficult.

I am willing to escrow the amount before you begin on the project.
