I am using cscart 2.0.12.I am experiencing checkout problem when there is no Shipping charge. I am offering shipping cost only to UK, which is £9.99 when order values below £200 and free shipping above £200. That is working fine.

If some body places an order from rest of the world (out of UK), I haven't defined any shipping cost, because I will calculate the shipping cost after the order is placed. Shipping cost is based on the item, quantity and country. We will send an estimated cost through email.

Now, if some one place an order out side UK, they are not able to check out with out shipping cost. The screen stays there if there is no shipping cost.

What you need to do is customer should able to place an order without shipping cost.
