I need a few vbulletin pages created within my VB install and clear instructions where I place html to display on the page.

The Pages I need created are:

History
Servers
Rules

On the servers page I have 6 html script that I need placed in there to appear side by side as it displays information

This should be a very quick tasks that should take someone experienced with vb little time. Programmer should have some form of IM to communicate, programmer should create a basic instruction for where I go to insert html in the created page
