Seeking time and price quote for a simple iPhone application. In short, the application has simple interface and takes some input (only text for now) and stores it (only localy for now) along with tags (both arbitrary and automatic like a date). The application then allows for search (by tags, and by searching text body) and for display of found entries.

There is a proper requirements document that specifies the application in detail. Once complete, an independent QA party will ensure that all requirements in the document test correctly. Once they do, I will release the agreed upon payment to you.

After a certain number of entries is reached, the application will stop accepting new entries (all else remains unchanged) and will request a one-time payment. Once payment is processed, all functionality is again available. This is a forward looking feature but is needed now.

In all, the UI consists of 1) home screen (with input field and a few most recent entries), 2) search screen (with search field and a list of results), 3) entry screen (with full contents of the entry and the tags), and 4) payment request/handling screen.
