  • Description:
I'm looking for an automated and secured system for my sales commission on the PHPProbid 6.07 auction platform
    - at the end of the auction: invoice mail to seller with commission to pay (now invoices are made only after payment and mails aren't send with detailed commission to seller - only 'object sold' confirmation)
    - automatic mail with invoice (pdf f.e.) after paying setup fee (only for direct payments)
    - automatic mail with invoice after paying sales commission
    - overdue clients shouldn't be able to start another auction until invoices are paid
    - all current auctions of overdue clients should be listed, with the option to delete or put on hold auctions until invoices are paid (can this be automated, let's say for all clients who are 10 days overdue are put on-hold until they bring their account to current status)

Additional Info (Added 3/18/2010 at 12:26 EST)...
I’m planning on using the currently embedded PHPProbid commission/fee structure. At the moment the seller isn’t notified by mail that the commission/fee has to be paid, but needs to login to their account on the website and even there it’s not easy to see how much they owe, so the account balance need to be clearly visible and if it is negative, then user has to be notified immediately.

So I’d like to have a notification email send with a direct link to the page on the site where the commission has to be paid. Maybe direct link to pay with payment options available on the site?

When the balance is paid, the invoice/receipt has to be send directly to the customer (the same one as email I want after the seller has paid setup fee).

Important: As currently implemented in PHPProbid, I’m planning to work with accounts but not for all sellers, so I’d like the possibility to send invoices on fixed dates per customer – if this is too difficult or high cost to write, a fixed date per month for all sellers is OK as well.

Note: This mod has to be written in re-usable form, so it must include the list of all necessary changes to all modified files with specific line references for each piece of code.
If MySQL database changes are necessary, it has to include all queries that need to be executed on the database.
