This project involves entering information about individuals from publicly available webdocs to specified cells in an excel sheet.

I will give you the names of 300 companies (and a total of 2700 individuals). You will have to extract information about them from a document that can be accessed from the EDGAR website.

So, here are the steps:
1. Go here: http://www.sec.gov/edgar/searchedgar/companysearch.html
2. Type the name of the company from the list I will give you
3. Then search for the DEF 14a form.
4. Then select the DEF 14a form for the year 2005.
5. In that form, you will find information about individuals.
6. Enter that information in the excel sheet I will provide you.

Bidding requirements:
1. ONLY bidders with prior record will be considered.
2. Bidders will be accepted only after you submit a sample.
3. Payment will only be through Scriplance ESCROW.
4. Drop a note in the PMB and I will email you a sample file.
