Please consider this fact when you place your bid because we are on a limited project:

This project is for a nonprofit organization that helps poor kids in Africa. The project was originally defined to be done by a volunteer programmer. However, we raised little money to pay something for the project. Basically, we cannot afford to pay market value for this project. So, if you do not have any interest in doing this for a small incentive, PLEASE DO NOT BID. We will understand.


PROJECT: We want to change the inner-pages for our nonprofit site. We have the header and footer already. We have also sketched up the layout for the inner-pages we need. We need someone to do the design and CSS for these pages. Most of the pages are similar with little changes. Please see the attached file for details.
