here is what I need:

I have 5 aweber lists.
I want to use 1 optin form with 5 radio-buttons
(it's a quiz, user can select 1 one the radio-buttons)
depending on the choice made by the user, the user
is then subscribed to the corresponding list AND
forwarded to the corresponding welcome page.

when I set up one list with 1 webform, I can put
a question with radio-buttons in it, which then gives
code like this:

not sure if this is possible: can you set the value for each option to one of the 5 listnames and then depending on which choice the user makes, update the hidden field + it's own forwarding page (plus that weird looking redirect-id?)

if this does not work, then I'd need you to write the code to
give me the radio-button input (I want to be able to easily change the text for each), and then when the user presses the submit button, the code updates the list-name and re-direct fields appropriately and calls the aweber addlead.pl code.
