We have decided to do our project in sections. This posting pertains to soliciting a bid price for the template construction only. The website being developed has an adult based theme. We want a skin designed in vBullitin to look like the sample provided within this link:

For clarity purposes, the theme is:

1. Both sides of the page having the "Film Strip" w/photo images imbedded.

2. The banner at the top of the page has a film strip w/ images within (displayed horizontally on the right-side), along with the caption, "Social Networking's Bottom Line” above it.

3. The body of the template is empty w/grey color

4. Yellow rectangular box at the lower portion of the page (hyperlinks will be added here)


We want the skin/template to look exactly like our sample. We are looking for a vBulletin 4.0 expert to design a custom skin based on a site designed that we have created in adobe fireworks CS4. We need someone to create this custom template, along with all site color schemes, CSS, a custom vBulletin icon set, and it is important that the directory structure for the theme be self contained. We can handle all the software upgrades, including the data migration and setup. To be considered, you must demonstrate familiarity with vBulletin design practices (post LINKS to sample sites), Web 2.0 style, etc. We would prefer someone who has worked with vBulletin 4.0 before, but we realize the product is very new. We want to talk to the design team via IM ( the board is good to document the activities) and if that isn't possible, we can post the chat logs via email.
