Need quick fix for HTML/CSS/JS

- Description: This is maybe a quick and easy project for someone with a lot of HTML/CSS/JavaScript experience.
I have a web page with two HTML buttons on the same row, inside of a table. I need these two buttons NOT to move when the browser window is resized. Currently, if the browser window is resized and made too narrow by the user, the buttons will stack on top of each other vertically, BUT I need the buttons to remain horizontal side-by-side REGARDLESS of the browser window's size.
VERY IMPORTANT: The web page is constructed by a JavaScript overlay and using CSS.
I need someone with substantial experience in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to fix this problem.
This project will likely result in additional business, but please bid on this one issue.
NOTE: I will select a programmer within the next 2 1/2 hours (OR LESS) from the time of the posting of this project.
