i wanna add a feature to my blog, some kind of pickup service for friends:
so i need to locate my friends position (on mobile device) and send a request by a webform to friends on mobile to pick someone up.

I think that can be done via google maps / latitude-badge / geolocation api
If you can recommend any other free method/service, let me know please.

a) create form on blog
email / address / zipcode / driving time / message
b) if address is submitted, search for friends on near geo positions (next to entered address)
c) get driving time from friend to entered address on blog
d) if driving time < 10 minutes (if 10 is entered) send message to mobile containing
some.peter123-asdf.com / some street 123 / 14563 / 10 / "can you pick me up?"
--> ANSWER: YES / NO
e) the friend on mobile can answer the pickup request with yes / no
-> (if no friends driving time is < 10 send message to nearest)
f) if answered with yes, send message to blog website containing
friend-on-mobile-asdf.com - "yes ill pick you up in 10 Minutes!"
