A java desktop application to be able to read in excel spreadsheets / CSV and display as datagridview in the application. From the application, I can modify the details in the datagridview and saved back to the excel spreadsheet. Able to read .csv, .xls and .xlsx. A filter should be added so users can customize the way they would like to filter the list, by name or category etc. Filtered list can be committed and be able to save changes. Able to save to .xls, .xlsx and .csv. Auto save feature. Able to add, edit, delete rows in the datagridview and commit changes to save.

Able to email to multiple users from the contact list, or email different recipients from the system.

Application to be able to merge multiple spreadsheets together. Besides that, I want a function to allow users to verify the list if there is similar names but with different details. Or having the same details with different names and so on. For eg. John Tan and John both has hp of 12345 but different emails. The system should prompt the users that similar name or contact exists, either override or change the values via dialog boxes.

A user account system to allow different users with different priviledges to access the system. For example, an admin has full priviledges, a auditor can only read and write, and a user can only read without editing. Different users will have different functions available in the system. Admin can add as many users as possible. User accounts are saved in xml format instead of saving to MySQL. Passwords can be saved together but in encrypted hash and so on. Admin can freeze accounts, lockout accounts, change passwords of users, change priviledges, change password expiry, and so on.

Application can be minimized to system tray. Context menu strip to allow easy access to the application.
