I want to create some script/software on the similar lines which runs on ones own hosting server.

What I require is just a script/software which ONLY finds blogs.websites based on the keyword suggested along with pr of that site and page, alexa rank of the main site ( homepage) and no follow or do follow tag. I do not want any auto commenting feature or cron job settings. Just a search function. I want that the users to just see the links of blogs ( found by our script) with pr, alexa ranks and no follow tag. They can visit the link by clicking on it , read the blogs and comment accordingly. After the comment is made a entry should be automatically made on the link that the link is visited.

THE script/software SHOULD BE THOROUGH AND THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY NEED FOR FUTURE MAINTAINENCE. like google blocking, search engine algo changing etc etc.

I intend to give this free to my site visitors and hence I do not wished to be bothered for support later on. There should be a full manual and instructions on how to use it, install it and faq etc.. I would also require an video on how to install the software/script.

If something like this is possible then do post your bids. I am very serious about this project.
