Need new basic design and SEO for Contractor site.

Site will to target keywords
General Contractor
Roofer
Deck Builder
Patio Builder
Remodeling
and similar category keywords in targeted geographic area.

Would like some sort of feature to keep content current if possible.
i.e. Autoblog area or something similar aside from the main landing page

Site is for a very targeted area and does not need world wide exposure. Only SEO for local market.

If easier we can do separate sites for each keyword set.

Very basic designs, prefer to use CMS.

We have the main site URL already in place and we will look to you as to the best way to make sure we achieve great results in a highly targeted geographic area.Please do not bid the project if you not have basic knowledge of US based Contractors and what they do. There will 25-35 cities and 50-75 keywords we need to target within these cities.

This site will be replacing the clients old corporate website. The old site will stay online and be replaced in all corporate advertising with the new site that will be designed by the winning bidder.
