We are in need of a team of developers/programmers

1) Chief Architect with 3D usage and design expert

2) Programmers of 3D home design software

Team will be required to work together to create an interative 3D home design software that takes feeds/input in creating real time stage of a home developement

we need a team to help us to do the following

1) Turn current architectural residental and commercial paper design to 3D
2) Turn future architectural residental and commercial paper design to 3D
3) work with developers to make develop a 3D software that will be interactive
a) When use specify that they have $1000, the 3D will show what level the $1000 will build the house to, this mean we will have feeds that states amount per block, cement, iron, window, doors etc

This is a 2 - 5 year job Pls if you have not done any 3D development, pls don't put any bid or post any information

Regardslets say we want to build 3 bed town house

User has done foundation
Now to complete block work to 2nd level, he needs 1000 blocks, 200 cements, 100 irons, 20 gravel etc

User enters $1000, in the admin section, we have this information
1) to lay 10 blocks, u need $100

so for $1000, we can lay 100 blocks

we then need to show on the 3D house design 100 blocks laid

Remember, the user already has 3D image of the full house, but since we are building the house from scratch, we need to follow the 3D design, so every $$$$ invested, will show the house completed to a stagehttp://www.chiefarchitect.com/

1) build a similar software (or buy from http://www.chiefarchitect.com/)
2) add a customization that each brick, door, window, etc (all exterior) can have a price associated to them that they can tell you are each stage of building how much you have spent

Part 3 - we need a designer that can turn architecture plans into 3D images like on this website, this is a 2 yr contract with salary payable monthly

Can I ask you to pls explain which of the task you are bidding for and also explain how your experience will assist us in achieing our goals

This is what we are after, we need to turn every plan into 3D home design

We have attached the floor plan, all you are required to do is change the floor plan into the 3D home design matching the image of the house we sent you (you can choose any part of the house)
