For this project we require the programming to be done using Ruby on Rails as the "language".

It´s basically the creation of a website (programming part only, *not the design*) and of the website´s backend/ backoffice.
The design will be made by another party.

The backend/ office must have the ability to write news, post content etc. Full features and details will be given to the person to which this project will be award to.

We do require that the person who gets this project always delivers the project/project infos on time and complies with all the deadlines.
