I'm looking for a professional programming to make my idea comes true. My idea based on eBay idea but with many different changes to make it my idea. I need excatly like eBay, but I need the control make the change as much as I want and need.

Ideas:
- Custom fields for each listing, I can change the fields as much as I want from Admin control panel. For example, I can put a new field for "Condition" or "Insurance". In fact, I need very customize field.

- Item number for each item, and this item number must be connected to a shorten URLs services: http://tinyurl.com/ITEMNUMBER .. and of course to RSS

- Many payment gateways, and give me the ability to add more as much I want.

- Simple front page, based on what people search for. In fact, I need very simply like Google front page. Categories in the front page, but they appeared when the visitor need that.

- The listing page gives the seller the ability to use the description section very efficiently.

- Yes, there is fees for listing each item, and another fees I won't expose because this is my idea ;)

- Many languages, Yes I will start with Very Professional English in the first lunch, but I need the ability to add as many languages as I want.

- Stores? Yes I need them to help sellers to sell and organize what they have to sell, and Wishlist for Buyers.

- Advertising system? Yes indeed.

- Shipping system? Of course.

- Sellers can make promotions and sales, and buyers get notifications about these staff, and visitors too.

... and many ideas will come after these ideas come true.

Who can do it ? I give the option to choose what is the best programming language to you, and do a project big like that.
