I have a list of phone models in a text file (see attached), the current format is:

Nokia: 2690, 2700 Classic, 2710 Navigation Edition, 2730 Classic, 3109 Classic, etc

O2: Cocoon, Ice, XDA Argon, XDA Atmos, XDA Exec, etc

I need it to be:

Nokia 2690
Nokia 2700 Classic
Nokia 2710 Navigation Edition
Nokia 2730 Classic
Nokia 3109 Classic
O2 Cocoon
O2 Ice
O2 XDA Argon
O2 XDA Atmos
O2 XDA Exec
etc

I need all models in a full list with no gaps in an output in text form also

I also need to be able to insert another text file which will then compare to the first with an output of any that are on the second, but NOT the first, i.e.:

1st txt file: Nokia: 2690, 2700 Classic, 2710 Navigation Edition, 2730 Classic, 3109 Classic

2nd txt file: Nokia: 2690, 2700 Classic, 2710 Navigation Edition, 2730 Classic, 3109 Classic, 3110 Classic, 3110 Evolve

The output will have the 2 additional models:

Nokia 3110 Classic
Nokia 3110 Evolve

But none of the others as they will already have been picked up in the first output.

There will only be phone models added, none removed, so if a model is not in the 2nd output when compared to the 1st, this can be ignored, only NEW models need to be picked up
