    Hello,

    I have upgrade Perl5.8 to Perl5.10 becouse a script say "trhead not support".

    But i have find same problem with all software that use same Perl Libraryes.

    I need Perl working good and not cause problem to other programs, like nginx and php.

    I also need to run my script that on debian and ubuntu work good and on this server not work.

Hi. Upgrade perl is not big deal. But if you have custom libraries installed (not from ports), it can be tricky. I can istall new perl in jail to avoid any problems with scripts installed.
