OVERVIEW: We need a simple program to IMPORT our own meta tags from the web to Excel and then EXPORT those files back to web once edited in excel.

One solution / 4 STEPS: IMPORT-EXTRACT-REPLACE-EXPORT, or:

1. IMPORT (eg FTP) to local folder, then 2. the program will spider that local folder and EXTRACT the 3 meta tags (from the files we specify using check/check all /uncheck all) to EXCEL, where, after editing, 3. the program allows us to browse to that excel file and REPLACES those tags in the local folder before 4. EXPORTing/FTP those local, now revised html files back to web.

Incidentally, we've done the first extraction manually and the edited tags are now in excel ready to export (the "import" to excel feature is obviously for next time)

IN SUMMARY, it's an FTP plus a spider to crawl/extract to excel then browse back to that file before reFTP and a simple interface with check/uncheck all with 2 functions "IMPORT" (extracts 3 tags to excel) and "EXPORT" (replaces the local copies of those files with the new tags) before reFTP to web. 1-3 days.
