Hi i need a graphic designer to design me a nice light clean ebay template for an ebay shop in the theme of mobile phone sales and Accessories including camaras and pc's, this is to be done in HTML and the code should be fully complaible with ebays turbo lister tool.

I would like the design of the site to be like this one used by (accstation) an ebay user their stores.ebay.com/accstation Their needs to be the main page and other tabs to include shipping,payments,delivery, about me, contact us sections. Payment will be upon completion and i will have to upload code into ebays turbo lister so it must be fully compatable with turbo lister and also allow me to change text and picture rotators when required, work needs to be done within 2 days and tested before payment.
