I posted my job regarding SMS services many times and had defrent developer to work on it, all of them from india and bangladish it proven they aren't reliable to do the job, due to that I am looking for a developer not indian or bangadish who can work on in doing more customization to the currents source codes avaliable and coordinate with other developer to complete the site.
