1. I need to clean files on a regular basis (can be Excel, CSV, or text)
2. Sample file attached is of bulldog breeders
3. It contains rows with email addresses for other breeds, for example "bassett" or "saluki"
4. Solution will allow me to filter my files with terms contained in a separate file. For example I would create a list of other dog breeds; collie, terrier, spaniel, etc. both fully and as wildcard; for example it would need to filter term such as "terrierlover" or "boxers4ever"
5. Solution would remove entire row containing bad term in email, title, host, URL ,etc. or create a new "clean" file.

I am open to types of solutions, for example macros or desktop apps, or I can host a web-based app. Must be easy to use.

Please be specific as to what kind of solution you are proposing to create.
