- Description: Looking for a penny auction format similar to Swoopo.com / Quibid.com BUILT FROM SCRATCH.
I am not looking for the basic bugged scripts that are out there on the internet. I want this custom made by you for me.
I have a couple ideas that I want to do differently then these websites, however the overall format will be the same.
I need a very friendly interface and easy admin controls. Also, I am looking for someone who can provide technical support to myself and my customers for a period of time.
Also, I am looking for someone who has good experience with designing websites - look, feel, graphics etc. If you can do this as well big plus.
