- Description: Looking for a programmer who can create service websites, lawn care,plummers,electrician, etc... which will be sold maybe several times each, just need to make changes for new owner..
i can sell the websites but i do not have much knowledge of creating websites and hosting . i will purchase a hosting account wich will be operated by the programmer, so i need someone very familiar with control panels. part of the job will be connecting the website to the webhosting and make necessary adjustments, perhaps color background. must be able to do some creative writing.someone who is readily available. must be flexible to start. excellent communication is a must. tell me how you can help me, please, give me a monthly estimate? thanksAdditional Info (Added 2/28/2010 at 8:04 EST)...To be more specific to what i need, let me explain better than i did in my original posting,
What I am looking for is someone who can use simple web-templates to create simple websites,these websites are basically business cards for small business people, for example, someone with a lawn business may need a website to provide a professional image and contact information.these are not necessarily functioning websites.they are for the purpose of providing an online precense. What i need is a programmer who can create these templates and connect them to webhosting,domain names,do some creative writing.we can offer diffrent templates for many diffrent types of work.. May need to create one real quality website to upload templates for customers to choose which template they would like to have, the client will provide information,photos,they will choose their own domain name. then you put it all together...
