Looking for a utility that will retrieve email from a dedicated in-box and examine the body for specific line (e.g. "Ref. [TTID:...]".)
If the text is found in the email, append the text to the original subject line and forward the complete email to a new address (along with the original email body).
If the specific text is not found in the email, just delete it.
I prefer this be written in MS VB so I could maintain it, but open to other suggestions.
I could also load MS Outlook on this machine if that makes it easier to manipulate the email.
