I a looking for someone that can develop a Web Based Keyword Tool. This tool will do the following:

Users will 1st. Log into the tool - Type in the keyword term - The tools will spit out the top keywords for that term - The tool will go out to google and scrape the data telling us the Number of competing web sites for all of those terms as well as the number of searches on each keyword last month. The tool will also go out and grab info from MSN Adlabs getting the marketing competition as well as Demographics of each keyword. Examples below:

We want the site to be laid out simple:

The person doing the search can enter their Name and their Company Info like address. They then will start the search.

The tool will come back with the data from Google and MSN Adlabs.

They will then be able to select the keywords they want and then have the option to Print out a report in PDF format with the following info.

1. at the top of the PDF would be their Name and company info they first typed in
2. there would be the keywords they picked to use
3. it would display the number of searches per month and the number of competing web sites
4. it would also give them the commercial intent and the demographics

I would like the PDF to start out with a short paragraph that we provide you...This paragraph would be at the start of every report the client prints out.
