Im looking for some expert who have time to do something for me!

I like to finde someone who can made me a new design for hyip monitor. I like to have :
- unique design (i have some sample )
-unique elements position
-4 diferrent banners( 728x90, 460x60, 125x125, 120x60) and two monitor button
- may be based on phphyip script … All necessary functions are already in this script only what i extra need is forum integration. (free forum script)

design can be simple. I have some sample pic. how design need to look like, so please contact me! I also have a complete monitor script!
