I need a desktop program / script that will create an order form that can be filled out by a sales rep and then saved and printed. The form will contain the usual personal/contact information plus it needs to contain the product models (drop downs) and drop down fields containing the options available for each model.
The sales rep should be able to select a specific model and only the options for that model show on the form at that time.
As the options are selected then they are shown on the form and a running price total is shown on the page.
I'd like this form created so I can add more models and more options easily.
After the form is completed then it should be able to be saved so it can be modified at a later date without filling out all the personal information again.
When printed the form should be professional looking with company logo and contact information at the top.
I'll also need to be able to save the data (models /options) so that the program can be loaded on multiple sales rep computers and be ready to use quickly.
I may need an online version of this form at some point in the future.
