we need a PHP script to generate an image grid as shown per attached file with the following specifications:

- images are already existing and have been resized at the server
- image IDs and other data are already in a MySQL database loaded
- only the resized images (105px high) need to be displayed
- 3px gap between images (horizontally/vertically) max required
- a configuration file must be created to control the amount of images
in the grid (rows and columns)and to toggle the image border on/off
- images must be filtered to about 4 criterias (will be given)
- grid must be well displayed in all major browsers
