- Description: I need a program either online or downloadable for people to convert files.
Need to convert excel files to CVS using the below specs.
Use CSV text files only.
UTF-8
Add one listing per line in the CSV source
Delimit CSV values with ";"
Folks will create the format using excel and then I need a way to convert the file simply. Possibly a program script that I can get to folks to convert their own files.
