I have a dedicated machine yet the server gets high loads (avg. 5-6) when there are a lot of users online.
I need someone with experience in PhP/MySQL/Apache2 tuning.
I can not give access to server and I will not run custom scripts on my server but I can return the output of every command so the person picked for this job understands what's going on.
