I have an rss parser script that I need a couple of modifications on.
Currently, it is simply one file. Within this file I input the rss feed url and save it. I then, php include this file into a php/html page and it will display the rss feed.
WHAT I NEED YOU TO DO FOR THIS PROJECT:
I am going to have one search field on an html page. I will have 6 copies of the file mentioned above with the default rss feed urls saved to it. One for craigslist, backpage, monster, etc. Within each of these copies and rss urls is the keyword / search phrase that the rss feed was created from to begin with.
I need this new search field / mod system to do the following in the following order:
1) take the user's keyword and pass it on to the next segment
2) create new temp copies of the 6 php files (mentioned above) that contain the new user's keyword / search term then...
3) create a new temp php that includes these new temp files. this will be what the user sees in their search results.
I'm guessing 1-2 hours for an experienced php programmer familiar w/ rss feeds.
