We require a HTML webpage template for a series of campaign pages to be created on a sub-domain.

The provider will be;

(a) Competent in high quality graphic design as well as good coding skills, and will be able to demonstrate their skills with examples of work;

(b) Able to communicate promptly & effectively in English via Elance and Skype if need be; and

(c) Contribute practical ideas, meet project milestones and follow other project requirements.

The page will need to adhere to the following requirements:

Design:

- Created in Photoshop or Illustrator;

- Complement the main domain found here: (http://www.tundra.com.au/clients/jayco2/01.html) but provide a more modern, sophisticated and enhanced ‘look and feel'; and

- Allow for various content to be placed in the body.

Code:

- Valid W3C XHTML and CSS standard;

- Written in a template style: Clean and logical labels and headings;

- SEO Friendly; and

- Resolve in all major browsers, including IE7+, Firefox, Safari and degrade ‘gracefully' in older browsers (IE6)

SEO:

- Some minor SEO may be required including;

- Title Tags, Meta Tags, Alt Tags, various CSS elements and file names will be set according to our specification

The provider will be required to supply:

- the production of at least three alternative draft styles;

- possibly) some refining of two alternative styles;

- refining adjustments and revisions of the preferred style to our satisfaction; and

- the HTML as well as the original files used to create the design (Photoshop, illustrator, etc.) via email or Elance within a zip file or FTP.

The product will be tested on various platforms for compatibility and consistency before approval.

The Project has a budget range of $50 - $90 and a payment structure of:

- 50% initial deposit in Escrow to be released when refining of two alternative styles has been completed (milestone 1).

- 50% upon project completion/delivery.


The Project will be awarded within 48 hours and completed within 5 days of being awarded.
