Hi - I am looking for minor custom adjustments for my blog www.newlifestylesecrets.com and it's close to what I want, but there are certain changes that need to be made. The original programmer over promised and under-delivered, he did not complete the site as he said he could.

It's very close, I want the columns the same as in the blog listed here, a Blogroll list as well in right column.

I will need you to walk me through how to use the blog after the changes have been made.
