I have a powerbuilder application. To explain what it does in a nutshell, it connects to a database and checks the sum of a column, if this net amount exceeds an amount we set then it stops specific .exes from launching. So its a bit like a net nanny that stops kids from going on certain websites except this stops people opening programs.

It currently works fine although they are some minor bugs, the current process is worked in a way thats its extremely difficult to close down, if you close one exe there is several monitoring that one, and there is also ones monitoring the exe that that are monitoring so it makes it quite difficult to bypass this.

Anyway thats in a nutshell a simplified version of what the application does, the original developer is not available to continue the project for at least a month so i need someone to continue with debugging and adding some small features until he returns. Depending on the situation and quality of work we may have ongoing work even after the developer returns.
