my dedicated server from serve01.com has been suspended because of spamming, i have no idea how someone access my server.
I need someone who can find and fix the problem for me.
my server will be in recovery mode.

My server is installed with Ostube 2.6 and this is an adults video sharing site

Due to increased SPAM-complaints towards your server we have no other choice than to disconnect your server. Your server will remain offline until you respond to this notice, thereby enabling us to resolve this violation by other means. We regret that we have had to take this action to fulfill our responsibilities to protect others from this violation. You will receive the evidence shortly via the support ticketsystem. Please respond to this notice and assist us in finding another way to resolve this violation so we can continue to serve you as our customer.

Second Email:
We can make your server available in Recovery mode, so that you may investigate further.

If you are unable to locate the source of these spams, we have no choice but to request a Restore be performed on the server (or the spams will continue, which is not an option). This will of course erase the HDs and install the OS with no known backdoors or malware installed. Recovery may be used to make backups of anything needed first.
