Program shall: Allow multiple users log in (with signup form & password recall e.g. “forgot password” & “forgot user name.” Program shall allow users to create SMS or multimedia campaigns including voice messages for single recipients or groups within loaded address book. Program shall allow users to implement multiple campaigns & select which campaign to use OR allow the user to select several campaigns and send to select contacts or groups. Program shall allow user to upload CVS and Excel contact sheets to their address books. Program shall allow user to schedule messages to mobile devices, email address and integrate website supplied templates for multimedia messages from any device capable of Internet services including; day and time of day message is to be sent. Program shall allow end user to verify delivery of text, multimedia and voice message including; display if the message was opened. Program shall allow the end user to customize the message with first name, last name.
Program shall offer a 10 text message (10 credits) at signup with I.P. address logged or other means of security so that end user shall not be allowed to create multiple ‘free accounts.”
Program shall allow user to sign up for pre described time periods once payment has cleared (contact me for further details). Program shall sign every message with associated website where the program is running with the option whereby if preset conditions are met within the payment methods the end user shall be allowed to customize the signature e.g. standard membership, silver and gold (customizable signatures)
Program shall allow user to generate a snippet to insert into their website for allowing their customers to send text messages only to others whereby all messages generated in this manner: shall display an advertisement for program hosting sight.
Program shall allow recipients to unsubscribe by clicking a link within the message or sending a stop command to website program.
There shall be one program administrator with all privileges to disallow any user at any time from using the system.
Once program is completed it shall become the sole possession of said website / owner / company and programmer forevermore shall release all rights thereafter.
