I need a flash video. The flash video will consist of a series of photos with background music. Some configurations include overlaying text on photo, and movement such as zooming and panning.
User uploads photos, defines configurations, and selects background music from interface that is already developed. All elements are stored in a database. I just need you to take elements from database and create flash video.
