I have an xls spreadsheet that I would like turned into an html page.

It needs to have the following:
- All the functions/formulas of the xls file
- Fit within a 1024 wide screen
- Have a print button that fits on 8.5" wide paper when printed
- It needs to be able to send to multiple email accounts
- It will be secured by SSL when done. Needs to work with SSL.
- Submit to email
- Emailed form must look just like form when printed (not xml or list)
-- If you feel this should best be accomplished with a database.
I can provide db access. If so, Please note that in your bid.

I will provided ftp access with original xls file.
