I need a custom mortgage calculator created. It would be embedded on a webpage and needs to look very similar to the calculator on this page:

The calculator needs to be the same width as the one shown on the page above, but it can be longer if needed.

It should look similar (cool graphic design - same colors - rounded look with back shadow).

An Excel file is attached that shows the basic functionality the client wants. Additional details are below...

It should say: Property Tax Loan Calculator
at the top (instead of 'loan' as the existing one says).

It should have these four items in the calculator:

Loan Amount: (default $10,000, but can be changed by user)
Loan Term: (default 10 Years, but can changed by user)
Interest Rate: (default 14.6%, but can be changed by user)
Monthly Payment: (this would be calculated)

When calculating a payment, it would automatically add $1,500 to the loan amount (for closing costs). This would be done in the payment calculation WITHOUT any notice to the user. (This is how the Excel spreadsheet works - the $1500 is added automatically.)

IMPORTANT: The CLIENT (not the user) needs to be able to change the amount that's added. So in the future, if he wants to change the added closing cost amount from $1,500 to $2,000, he can do that himself. He knows how to login to the site with Expression Web, so if this calculator connects to a php file or something like that, he could login and change the figure from $1500 to something else...

ALSO, unlike the calculator that's currently on the page, the client does NOT need it to produce an amortization schedule. It ONLY needs to show the monthly payment at the bottom of the calculator.

I need to have this done in the next 24 hours if possible - for $30.
