I need a simple iphone game app created that simulates a phone call and plays back specific audio files. I will provide any required text, URLs, icons and background images for the app development. Developer must be able to submit this app to Apple for me.

High level requirements.

1. When started the app will simulate making a phone call from the user's iPhone. A ringing sound should play and a mock iPhone telephone screen should appear. User should be able to use speaker phone to hear ringing or hangup the mock phone call using touchscreen.

2. The app will listen for any spoken voice in the iphone microphone for later playback of a specific audio file. The audio file to playback will be based on "when" the user speaks. For example, if the user speaks after 5 seconds but before 7 seconds then files beginning with the letter X will be tagged to be played later. To cross reference the specific individual audio file to be played this type of timing based identification will need to occur two times. (More specific details will be provided the chosen developer)

3. Finally, once the appropriate audio file has been cross referenced for playback the app will play that audio file and automatically "hang up" the simulated phone call.
