I need a website where I can creat landing pages or websites under sub domains.

Example: lets say my website is called www.mywebsite.com. I want users that sign up to my website to be able to cread a website under my domain like this www.example.mywebsite.com. I hope that makes it clear.

These are the fields required.
1.We allow them to have a signup page and they can allow or reject members.
2.we allow them to creat a simple landing page where 3 pics some text and a signup menu or email submit to enter type feild.
3.we need to have at least 12 templates.
4.they need to be able to get and send instant messages and inner system messages so emails are not needed. the messages forward to up to 3 emails the user chooses.
5.must be able to add as many pic galleries as they want with gallery info feild and customised naming of the gallery. and they can creat a voting system where viewers can vote on the favorite pics in a gallery. the user should be able to set a start date and end date for the voting, just keep it open or cancel it for that gallery.
6.must be able to add as many feilds in the menu as they want.
7.must be able to add video embed in the gallery.
8.Must be able to up load logo.
9.after they sign up a email with login info and how to use is sent to the admin and a page opens with some affiliates and upsells.

My adsense html must appear on every webpage created. I will give you the code and tell you where to place it. it has to appear on every page created by all users.
