- Description: Need a simple mostly Ajax "instant quote" form. User would need to be able to select from a drop down of services and add or subtract multiple selections of services each with a few particular add ons and calculate tax and cost based on zip code. Ability to change prices is some sort of back end or server script is a must as to avoid displaying all costs on client side. Similar to online insurance quotes only much simpler and not insurance.
