- Description: I need a very simple file/program that I can run from a flash drive on a PC and the following will happen.
It will change the wallpaper in windows to the one on the flash drive.
It will change the default home page in IE to my url.
It will change OEM logo you see in system properties.
This needs to be able to run on all version of windows 7 32 BIT and 64 BIT.
