Finish my Yelp.com clone site. I have an existing website that is a “lite” clone of Yelp.com implemented in Joomla. It already has most of the features I need, but still lacks some key functions. I need an experienced team who has experience in social networking sites and experience in Joomla. The team selected will be asked to improve existing clip art, layout and color style (I have a color scheme in mind). Please provide ONLY relevant examples of your portfolio in your bid. I can provide the url to those interested.

Please do not bid if you have not completed a job of similar scope and are well experienced in Joomla, cannot provide examples of your previous work, cannot develop this site bug-free, cannot deliver on schedule and on budget, as promised.

Top Requirements:

The site already has the ability for business owners to enter their businesses as well as update information, photos, news, discounts/coupons, etc. It also already has the ability for normal users/reviewers to enter reviews for restaurants that have already been setup by the owner. Reviewers already write a review and rate an existing restaurant.

1. I need the ability to allow users/reviewers the ability to enter a review for a restaurant that has not been entered yet by the owner. You should be able to search for reviews by restaurant name and/or location (zip code, city) and if not found the reviewer should be able to enter high level restaurant information such as name, category, and location (zip code, city, and street if known) of the restaurant, rate it, review it and enter pictures of that restaurant. Conversely, I also need the ability to allow business owners the ability to “claim their business” if it was initially entered by users/reviewers. That way existing reviews are “tied” to the correct restaurant by name, zip code/city, and address, just like Yelp.

2. I need to allow business owners the ability to purchase the ability to have their business featured in their food category. Business owners should also have the ability to upload and pay for banner advertisements on a click per impression (CPI) basis. Banner advertisement space should be available for all standard size banners on the homepage and other areas of the site.

3. A limited portion of the site should also be optimized for mobile users. I would like to show a specialized view for mobile users who access the site by means of a special referral process already setup. Additionally, mobile users accessing the site from the main page would receive a second tailored view. The PDA plugin has already been loaded, but no further work has been done.

4. Business owners should also be able to generate and print their coupons on a single sheet of paper. Example, owner can upload images/coupons perhaps as many as 6, I want the ability to allow them to easily print all 6 on a single sheet of paper for their reference.

For mobile phone users who do not access the site via the special referral process would see a normal mobile view of the site, with the ability to register, enter a search and enter a review.

Other Requirements:

The site already allows users to view each other's profiles, see each other's favorites, and send emails, ims, etc…(Tell a friend function), but I would also like to allow users the ability to create, view & manage a friend's list and create and join groups; add/delete names a friends list; manage invites; add more friends and join groups.

Member search- here you can search for members by entering their names or email address in a search box. This would ideally be under the already existing user profile/account screen.

Members should also be able to view an area that allows them to view their friend's newest reviews. Perhaps a list of friend's nicknames and a link to their last reviews next to their nickname.

Need a reporting function implemented to track usage patterns of users. Run reports by age group, zip code, user's favorite categories etc. I have no preference on existing modules and am open to discussion on which is best. I would also like to display appropriate adds/recommendations based on user preferences such as their zip code, favorite categories, etc.
