Financial Simulator

I prefer programers who talk Spanish, from México or South America ( i am from México)


The goal of this project is this:

1.- The user upload a Excel File
2.- The application parse the Excel file and insert each row into a DataBase table; the Excel file ALWAYS have the same number of columns, and type of data (strings, floats, integers, etc)
3.- Once the DB have records we need a Interface Administration (password protected) where the user can execute the "Financial Simulator" for each row of the database Table taking data from each column. (THIS FINANCIAL SIMULATOR IS ALREADY DONE, only maybe needs some adjustments because at this moment works with data from a Web FORM and we need that works with the data from the DB)
4.- Once executed this financial simulator throws the results ... to view a example please go to http://www.infovision.info/clientes/simulador_credito/ (is in spanish)
5.- With this results we need to prepare a PDF file, whit a lot of info, results and static text... all this info come from the DataBase (the Excel feeds this database)
6.- I will provide:

The pdf layout, this layouts can be different according to the data imported from the Excel
The financial simulator code writed in php, this simulator will take the data imported from excel and make the calculations. After that show the results on the pdf files.


I need to know time of development, and cost please.

Do you have formulas?

Yes i have the formulas writed in php language, THE FINANCIAL SIMULATOR IS DONE (the part i need is: Create the DataBase, import excel to Database, Run the simulator with that data, Export the info to a report in pdf to be printed)

No, has to be created. its a simple database

The layout of the PDF could change????

Yes, it depends of the Excel Data... with some data we use some layout, wither data we use other layout.

The cost of the project we could pay is $230 dollars
