We are having issues with none of the changes in admin working (as soon as you save they just reset) and also banners are not showing, and at no point is user being asked for payment.

We have only just had the script installed and the script owners who we purchased the script from dont reply to any emails and seem uninterested now they have sold the script hence we have this project to try and obtain some support via other means.
